The VisTablet Venture

This is sort of like a fundraiser.

As some of you may have noticed, the 50last has been somewhat inactive of late. If you consider all the time I put into classes, work, and especially homework, there frankly isn't much time left for the team. The reason for this is that I have to draw out each comic on paper in pencil, trace the drawings in pen, scan the pages into Photoshop, add panels, color everything, and finally add text. And all this takes a little while...

Now, if I could cut out the first two steps, drawing in pencil and tracing in ink, it would HALVE the production time!! But the only way to do this is with a drawing tablet. And even on journeyEd.com, these things are expensive. However, I have discovered that VisTablet puts out a relevantly inexpensive but very high quality drawing tablet. And, I have over 200 watchers. So, assuming that 1/2 of my watchers actually read this, and 1/2 of them donate $1, that should give me the extra little help I need to put out the 50last at a much more acceptable rate.
